Because each piece of artwork is distinctively unique, our artist cannot make perfet copies by hand. Instead, we offer canvases and other items with the artwork printed on by third parties using various ink printers and machines so that you can enjoy the artworks in any form.

Some items are printed and processed as individual items and will ship separately despite a combined listing. This is because the items being printed are coming from third parties. More information can be found in our Shipping Policy. Alternately, if you've purchased a printed item as well as an original item, they will be coming from two different locations: one from the artist, and the other from our third-party printing company.

If there is an item that you are dissastified with, we unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds. However, I, Julianna W Beckman, would love to do what I can to make this up to you. Please visit the contact page describing your concerns, and I will let you know what I can do for you.

Orders can take 2 - 5 days to process, and then 2 - 15 days to reach your door once shipped. You will recieve email updates including the status of your order as well as tracking information so that you can always know where your package is.
